Guided demo
Six steps, end to end on synthetic data. Each lights up when the system has actually done it — read from the database, not from what you clicked. The next step says what to press, what to look at, and who it is done as.
What reset does. It clears what the demo produced — publications, deadlines, movements, backfill runs, imported matters and registrations — so the demo can be run again. It keeps the seeded matters, or there would be nothing for a publication to match. It cannot clear the access log or the signature register: both are append-only, and a record you can erase after the fact is not a record.
Intake
Everything the firm already receives, in one place: the OAB's recorte, the court's intimation e-mails and Push. Paste the text or pick a saved e-mail (.eml). The same publication from two places is kept once, with both sources shown, and its deadlines are computed once and wait for an attorney to accept them.
Upload a publication
Redaction runs on the server before anything is stored. The raw text you paste is never persisted.
Import matters and registrations
Paste a list: one process number per line, with an optional reference after a comma. A line carrying anything identifying is refused with a reason, not cleaned — tidying it away would mean it had already entered. Administrator only.
Registrations to monitor
Registrations are not used for matching. A publication is matched to a matter by process number and by nothing else. A registration records which numbers the firm wants watched, and a label is a description of the work, never a person.
Matters
Clients
Who the client is and how to reach them, on the matters they are on. It fills the fee contract, the procuração and the recibo. This runs in the demo only, with invented people, until client records have their own resident store.
Case update
A message to the client from your own WhatsApp, built only from what an attorney accepted: accepted deadlines and upcoming hearings. A date still in brackets is never included. Read it and change anything before you send it.
Deadlines
Computed from the publication date using the court calendar in the pack. Ordered by the effective date, corrections included.
Fees
What was agreed on each matter and what has arrived. The platform never moves money: a charge is a PIX code built on this device from your own key, sent from your own WhatsApp, and marked paid when it shows up in your bank.

Documents
A fee contract, a procuração or a recibo, as a Word file you can keep editing. It is built on this device: the names, tax numbers and addresses you type here are not sent to the platform. Your own details are remembered on this device; your client's are not.
Agenda and work board
Hearings, meetings and tasks, beside every computed deadline. A deadline nobody has accepted stays in brackets here too. Titles follow the same rule as every typed field: no names, tax numbers or contact details.

Nothing is silently dropped. Anything without a single confident match lands here with a reason.
Timeline
Movements classified into the pack's fixed vocabulary. Terminal events are labelled by rules only, never by the model. Unclassified is shown plainly rather than hidden.
Classification review
Accept a classification as shown, or correct it — the original label is kept either way. A reason is optional.
Backfill
Replays a synthetic 200-publication archive against a synthetic docket, a slice at a time, so an archive of any size finishes. It writes nothing to the queues above — a measurement must not change what it measures. A run left unfinished can be resumed.
Sign and release
Your signing key is generated in this browser and never leaves it. The platform stores only the public half and verifies what you signed. A file certificate is refused outright, because using one would mean uploading a key.
Signature register
Append-only. Four fields: signer OAB, artifact hash, timestamp, signature.
Export downloads everything released for this matter as a folder — the signed documents, the register entries, the public key that verified each one, and a program that checks them. It runs on the recipient's machine, offline, and never calls this platform.
